1. General
Travion is a free strategy game server operated by a private team. Use of the server is at your own risk. It is not a commercial service and continuous availability is not guaranteed.
2. Your account
Each player may hold one account per server. You are fully responsible for every action taken through your account, including actions by anyone you gave your login details to. Keeping your password safe is your responsibility.
3. Fair play
Automation software, exploiting bugs, holding multiple accounts, or any action intended to gain an unfair advantage is forbidden. Violations may lead to a permanent ban without prior warning.
4. Conduct
Harassment, threats, racism, incitement or any offensive content in chat, messages, village names and profiles is forbidden. Server staff may remove content and ban accounts at their discretion.
5. Availability and resets
The server is provided as-is. Staff may reset, modify or shut down the server at any time, including deleting game data. No compensation of any kind will be given.
6. Privacy
Registration collects only a username and an email address. These are used for account management and password recovery, and are not shared with third parties.

8. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the server after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
